      What are the shipping costs?

      Depending on the weight and the country of shipment of your order, delivery rates vary. These are calculated automatically at checkout according to the contents of your shopping cart. The different shipping rates available for your destination will be quoted  to you. You will be able to choose the one that suits you best. All orders placed from Monday to Saturday will be shipped within 48 hours after validation of payment. You can track your "package" in your customer area as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. Your parcel number will also be sent to the email address given when you placed your order. In case you do not find this parcel number, or if you are unable to track your order, do not hesitate to contact our customer service shop@33ruemajorelle.com who will be able to inform you.

      For local deliveries:

      You have the choice between:
      • A pickup at our store. We will notify you as soon as your package is ready.
      • A shipment by a local shipping company such as AMANA or CTM, at the fixed price of 100 dhs.

      For International deliveries:

      Europe

      • CHRONOPOST Amana express: The delivery time is between 3 to 5 days from the day of shipment.
      • CHRONOPOST E-parcel: The delivery time is between 5 to 10 days from the day of shipment.

      Rest of the World

      • CHRONOPOST Amana express: The delivery time is between 3 to 5 days from the day of shipment.

      What do I have to do if my country is not filled at checkout?I

      If during the checkout process, your zone or country is not informed, do not worry. Contact customer service at shop@33ruemajorelle.com who will give you the price of the delivery and add your country to the list. All you have to do is take back your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to complete your order.
