      We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to change your mind.

      To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect resaleable condition. They must not have been worn, washed or damaged. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      To request a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that personalized orders as well as cosmetic products (oils, perfumes) cannot be returned.

      You may ship your return by the carrier of your choice. However, we recommend that you send it by a method with tracking and adequate insurance so that the carrier will reimburse you in case of theft or loss during delivery to our store. Remember to keep the tracking number for your own records. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning these items and that we do not accept packages sent collect.

      Upon receipt of your order, any anomalies noted (damaged package, damaged products, products not conforming to the delivery slip, broken products) must be indicated on the delivery slip as handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature. In parallel, a confirmation of these anomalies must be sent to the carrier within 48 hours following the delivery date by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. A copy of this mail must be sent to us by email to so that we can initiate the return procedure of the item(s) concerned. 

      Failure to comply with the procedure set out above and the time limits indicated, You may not make any claim for non-conformity or apparent defect of the products delivered, the products are then deemed to be compliant and free of any apparent defect.
